摘  要:探究综合医院护士分层级培训体系架构的建立与实施效果。选取天水市第一人民医院2018年1月-2022年2月参与培训的372名护士为研究对象,比较干预前后各层级护士的理论考试成绩、操作技能考核成绩、急诊急救/重症监护培训临床实践能力、急诊急救/重症监护培训综合素质得分。结果显示,培训后,各层级护士理论考试成绩、操作技能考核成绩等考核指标均优于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,基于岗位实际需求,实施护士分层级培训可有效提高护士岗位核心胜任能力,满足患者对卫生健康服务需求的同时,优化其就医体验感。Explore the establishment and implementation effect of a hierarchical training system architecture for nurses in comprehensive hospitals.372 nurses who participated in training at the First People’s Hospital of Tianshui from January 2018 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The theoretical exam scores,operational skill assessment scores,clinical practice abilities in emergency first aid/intensive care training,and compr ehensive quality scores in emergency first aid/critical care training of nurses at all levels before and after intervention were compared.The results showed that after training,the theoretical exam scores and operational skill assessment scores of nurses at all levels were better than before training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing hierarchical training for nurses based on actual job requirements can effectively improve their core competencies,meet the needs of patients for health services,and optimize their medical experience.
