经阴道联合经腹超声诊断输卵管妊娠的临床价值研究

摘  要:研究经阴道超声(transvaginal ultrasonography,TVS)联合经腹超声(transabdominal ultrasound,TAS)诊断输卵管妊娠的临床价值。选取黔南州中医医院妇科2023年1月—2023年6月收治的50例输卵管妊娠患者作为研究对象,对其声像图进行回顾性分析。结果显示,输卵管妊娠声像图表现为孕囊型、杂乱包块合并盆腔积液、不均质实质性小包块。研究发现,TAS与TVS对附件区包块诊断的敏感性与包块大小有关,二者对直径<3 cm包块的诊断敏感性有显著差异。TVS对未破裂型异位妊娠小包块的显示有明显优势,可用于输卵管妊娠的早期诊断。TAS对位置过高或输卵管妊娠流产形成的>5 cm的包块有显示优势。两种检查方法的联合应用,可明显提高诊断准确率。Study the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography(TVS)combined with transabdominal ultrasound(TAS)in diagnosing tubal pregnancy.Fifty patients with tubal pregnancy admitted to the Gynecology Department of Qiannan Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and their ultrasound images were retrospectively analyzed.The results showed that the ultrasound of fallopian tube pregnancy showed gestational sac type,disordered masses with pelvicfluid accumulation,and heterogeneous solid small masses.Research has found that the sensitivity of TAS and TVS to the diagnosis of adnexal masses is related to the size of the masses,and there is a significant difference in the diagnostic sensitivity of the two to masses with a diameter less than 3 cm.TVS has significant advantages in displaying small masses of unruptured ectopic pregnancy and can be used for early diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.TAS has a display advantage for masses larger than 5 cm that are located too high or formed during tubal pregnancy miscarriage.The combined application of two examination methods can significantly improve diagnostic accuracy.
