摘　　要：研究消毒供应中心采取集中管理模式对医院内感染的管控效果。设定研究时间为2022年1月-2023年4月,其中,2022年1月-2022年10月采取常规管理模式,设为对照组;2022年11月-2023年4月采取集中管理模式,设为观察组,比较两组清洗合格率、消毒灭菌合格率、包装合格率、切口感染率和工作人员职业素质。结果显示,观察组清洗合格率、消毒灭菌合格率和包装合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组切口感染0例、感染率为0%,对照组切口感染3例,感染率为3%,观察组切口感染率低于对照组,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组工作人员各项职业素质评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,消毒供应中心采取集中管理模式可提升工作人员的职业素质和器械的消毒灭菌合格率,降低医院内感染发生率。Study the control effect of centralized management mode adopted by disinfection supply center on hospital acquired infections.The research period is set from January 2022 to April 2023,with the period from January 2022 to October 2022 adopting the conventional management mode and serving as the control group;From November 2022 to April 2023,a centralized management mode will be adopted,with the observation group set up to compare the cleaning qualification rate,disinfection and sterilization qualification rate,packaging qualification rate,incision infection rate,and staffprofessional quality between the two groups.The results showed that the cleaning qualification rate,disinfection and sterilization qualification rate,and packaging qualification rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had 0 cases of incision infection,with an infection rate of 0%,while the control group had 3 cases of incision infection,with an infection rate of 3%.The observation group had a lower incision infection rate than the control group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);The occupational quality scores of the observation group staffwere higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that adopting a centralized management model in disinfection supply centers can improve the professional quality of staffand the disinfection and sterilization qualification rate of equipment,and reduce the incidence of hospital acquired infections.
