摘 要:通过自由基聚合结合静电纺丝技术制备了羧基化改性聚丙烯腈纳米纤维膜,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对膜的结构进行了表征和分析,探索了PAN羧基化改性后对镉离子(Cd^(2+))的吸附性能。研究发现PAN-COOH-a(丙烯酸与丙烯腈2:8共聚)、PAN-COOH-b(丙烯酸与丙烯腈3:7共聚)吸附量比纯PAN分别增加了65%和95%。以PAN-COOH-b为研究对象,对其热力学、动力学吸附机理进行了研究,探索了金属离子浓度、pH值、温度、循环对Cd^(2+)吸附性能的影响。热力学结果符合Langmuir模型,预测的理论最大吸附容量为204 mg∙g^(-1)。动力学研究表明该反应符合二级动力学模型,主要受化学吸附控制,并在5 h达到平衡。最佳吸附条件为pH=6,T=25℃,金属离子浓度为400 mg∙L^(-1)。循环实验表明,PAN-COOH-b纤维膜经4次循环后仍能保持初始吸附能力的93%,表现较好的循环效果。实验结果证明该材料对废水中Cd^(2+)净化具有较大的潜力。PAN-COOH nanofiber membranes were successfully prepared by radical polymerization and electrospinning device,the structure of the fibrous membrane was characterized and analyzed with Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).and the desorption ability of PAN-COOH and PAN for Cd^(2+)was compared.The adsorption capacity of PAN-COOH-a and PAN-COOH-b increased by 65%and 95%compared with pure PAN.The thermodynamic and kinetic adsorption mechanism of PAN-COOH-b was studied,and the influence of metal ion concentration,pH value,temperature and cycle on Cd^(2+)adsorption was explored.The thermodynamic results accorded with adsorption isotherm and the predicted theoretical maximum adsorption capacity is 204 mg∙g-1.Kinetic studies shown the reaction follows pseudo-second-order rate equation,which is mainly controlled by chemistry and reaches equilibrium within 5 h,and the optimal adsorption conditions are pH=6,T=25℃,and metal ion concentration of 400 mg∙L^(-1).Furthermore,the adsorption–desorption cycle experiments revealed that the PAN-COOH-b fiber membrane can still maintain 93%of the initial adsorption capacity after 4 cycles,and has a good cyclic utilization effect.The above results demonstrate that this material has great potential in the field of cadmium wastewater purification.
