摘 要:双护盾TBM具有安全、高效、节能、低噪声低粉尘等显著优点,目前已广泛应用于城市地铁建设中。本文依托深惠城际2标一工区五和站~坂李工作井区段隧道工程,详细阐述了国内最大直径双护盾TBM顶推、步进技术,形成了一套大直径双护盾TBM分体始发施工技术方法。所采用施工方案经过专家多次评审论证和优化,成功实现了大直径双护盾TBM的分体始发,实现了技术管理的创新和跨越,为类似工程分体始发提供借鉴。The double shield TBM has significant advantages such as safety,high efficiency,energy saving,low noise,and low dust,which has been widely used in urban subway construction.This article is based on the tunnel project in the section from Wuhe Station to Banli Working Well in the first work area of Section 2 of the Shenzhen-Huizhou Intercity Railway,explains detailly on stepper and air pushing technology of the largest diameter double shield TBM in China,which has formed a set of split initiation construction technology for large diameter double shield TBM.The construction plan adopted has undergone multiple evaluations,demonstrations,and optimizations by experts,successfully achieving the split initiation of the large-diameter double shield TBM,and achieving innovation and breakthroughs in technical management,providing reference for similar projects.
