摘　　要：随着老旧小区改造工作的稳步推进,很多老旧小区都需要对室外排水管道进行更换。由于老旧小区的地下管线错综复杂,小区的建筑间距较狭窄,排列较为紧凑,开挖施工会对小区内人员出行、居民停车有较大影响。胀管法(静压碎管置换管道施工方法)可在不开挖的情况下进行地下管道更换,在尽可能减少对周围环境影响的情况下达到完成更换新管道的目的。本文结合某老旧小区改造项目使用胀管法进行管道更新的案例,介绍胀管技术在老旧小区改造中的应用,同时通过将胀管法的费用与传统开挖方法的费用从分部分项工程费进行对比分析,选择更适合此小区排水管道更换的施工方法。With the steady progress of the renovation of old residential areas,many of them need to replace the outdoor drainage pipes.Due to the complex and intricate underground pipelines in the old community,the building spacing is narrow and the arrangement is compact.Excavation construction will have a significant impact on the travel of people and parking of residents in the community.The expansion pipe method(static pressure broken pipe replacement pipeline construction method)can replace underground pipelines without excavation,achieving the goal of replacing new pipelines while minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment.This article combines a case study of using the expansion pipe method for pipeline renewal in an old residential area renovation project to introduce the application of expansion pipe technology in the renovation of old residential areas.At the same time,by comparing the cost of the expansion pipe method with the cost of traditional excavation methods from the sub project cost,a more suitable construction method for replacing drainage pipes in this residential area is selected.
