摘 要:现阶段各地通过收集管线数据已经逐步建设了完善的管线信息系统,但总体而言,由于管线数据敏感性、涉密性,导致大多数城市还维持着数据管理维护的传统工作模式,数据的分析利用方面长期处于空白阶段。当下,为解决管线安全事故频发问题,各地均在探索管线数据分析利用新方式,推进城市安全生命线工程方面取得了进展。本文立足于各地管线普查数据,探索管线安全权重评估分析,形成“管类评估场景+综合评估场景”的评估思路,构建起城市生命线工程内安全评估场景。为全面提升城市本质安全水平提供有益的借鉴。At present,different cities have gradually built a perfect pipeline information system through the collection of pipeline data.However,in general,due to the sensitivity and confidentiality of pipeline data,most cities still maintain the traditional working mode of data management and maintenance,and the analysis and utilization of data have been in a blank stage for a long time.At present,in order to solve the frequent occurrence of pipeline safety accidents,cities are exploring new ways of pipeline data analysis and utilization and have promoted the in-depth development of urban safety lifeline projects.Based on the pipeline survey data of different cities,this paper explored the assessment and analysis of pipeline safety weight,formed the assessment idea of“pipeline assessment scene+comprehensive assessment scene”,and constructed the safety assessment scene within the urban lifeline project.It provided a valuable reference for comprehensively improving the level of urban essential safety.
