摘  要:针对新丰江流域内城市化建设进程加快导致的生态环境破坏不断加剧的问题,利用遥感技术手段对流域生态环境质量变化进行监测十分必要,从自然因素角度反映区域环境质量的遥感生态指数在自然区域生态环境研究中效果显著,但忽视了人类活动因素对生态环境的影响,不能全面反映人文因素对生态环境的干扰。本文以2010—2020年新丰江流域为研究区域,在遥感生态指数基础上融入具备人类活动属性的兴趣点(POI)数据构建改进遥感生态指数(HRSEI),用于研究区生态环境质量时空分析。研究表明:①该流域在十年间存在较大规模的开发建设,但随着“两山”理论执行力度的加大(2015—2020年),流域内生态环境质量从降低扭转至升高;②融入POI数据后的HRSEI对流域内人为建设活动密集区域的生态环境质量感知适用性更好;③流域内持续存在较大规模的建设活动,但生态环境质量的“下降-上升”演化特征体现了属地内生态管理方式的改进。研究结果可为粤东新丰江流域生态环境治理修复工作提供参考建议。In response to the intensifying ecological damage caused by the acceleration of urbanization construction in the Xinfengjiang River Basin,it is necessary to use remote sensing technology to monitor changes in the ecological environment quality in the basin.The remote sensing ecological index(RSEI),which reflects regional environmental quality from the perspective of natural factors,has a significant effect in natural regional ecological environment research,but it ignores the impact of human activities on the ecological environment and fails to fully reflect the interference of human factors on the ecological environment.This article took the Xinfengjiang River Basin from 2010 to 2020 as the research area and integrated point of interest(POI)data with human activity attributes into the RSEI to construct an improved human activity-intensity RSEI(HRSEI)for spatiotemporal analysis of ecological environment quality in the research area.The research has shown that:①there has been a large-scale development and construction in the basin over the past decade,but with the increasing implementation of the“Two Mountains”Theory(2015orynt),the ecological environment quality in the basin has reversed from a decrease to an increase;②The HRSEI integrated with POI data has better applicability to the perception of ecological environment quality in areas with intensive human construction activities in the basin;③There continue to be large-scale construction activities within the basin,but the“decline-rise”evolution of ecological environment quality reflects the improvement of ecological management methods within the territory.The research results can provide suggestions and references for the ecological environment governance and restoration work in the Xinfengjiang River Basin in eastern Guangdong.
