能量隔离在炼化企业检维修作业中的应用与前景

摘  要:在化工行业中,特别是大型炼化企业,由于生产的需求,难免要进行一些局部的检修、维修、安装和清洗等工作。在操作中,如果阀门或开关不小心打开,就会造成能量隔离失败,使易燃易爆、有毒有害介质、电能、机械能等能量的意外释放,从而引起安全事故。实施能量隔离、上锁、挂牌等管理措施,可以使维修或运行中的设备进行有效的隔离,预防意外发生,从根源上杜绝人员伤害。这对于化工企业在生产过程中预防检修工人受伤,推进生产现场可视化管理,实现化工检修的本质安全,都是一种有益的探索与实践。In chemical industry,especially in largescale refining and chemical enterprises,due to the production demand,it is inevitable to carry out some local overhaul,maintenance,installation and cleaning and so forth.If the valve or switch is opened carelessly,it will cause the failure of energy isolation which will lead to flammable and explosive,toxic and harmful media,electrical energy,mechanical energy and other energy accidental release,thus causing safety accidents.The implementation of management measures such as energy isolation,locking and tagging will enable effective isolation of equipment under maintenance or operation,preventing accidents and eliminating personnel injuries from the root.This is beneficial exploration and practice for chemical enterprises to prevent the injury to maintenance workers during production process,to promote the visual management of production site and to realize the intrinsic safety of chemical maintenance.
