摘　　要：老年腰椎间盘突出症患病率随年龄增长而逐渐升高,严重影响患者的生活质量。李跃飞教授认为,腰椎间盘突出症的病因病机为“肝肾亏虚,气滞血瘀”,病机关键为“肾虚夹瘀”。临床常见腰酸腿痛,行动不利,下肢沉重,感觉异常,行走困难,倦怠乏力,恶寒,烦躁失眠等症状。治疗以“补益肝肾,活血止痛”为基本原则,方药组成具有通补结合、标本兼治的特点,达到改善腰酸腿痛,补肾化瘀的作用。李跃飞临证整体审查,辨证论治,疗效颇佳。The incidence of lumbar disc protrusion in the elderly increases with age,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Professor Li Yuefei believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbar disc protrusion are"liver-kidney deficiency,stagnation of qi and blood stasis",and the key to the pathogenesis is"kidney deficiency with blood stasis".Common clinical symptoms include soreness of loins and leg pain,having difficulty getting about,heaviness of the lower limbs,paraesthesia,dysbasia,burnout and fatigue,aversion to cold,dysphoria and hyposomnolence.The basic principle of treatment is to"tonify and replenish liver and kidney,promote blood circulation and relieve pain",and the composition of the prescriptions has characteristics of combination of food,medication,or other pathways(Tongbu recipe of traditional Chinese medicine),and treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,in order to improve soreness of loins and leg pain,invigorate the kidney and remove blood stasis.Professor Li Yuefei conducts a comprehensive clinical examination and treatment based on syndrome diff erentiation,resulting in excellent therapeutic eff ects.
