健康教育路径在体检中心护理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康教育路径在体检中心护理工作中的应用效果。方法:于2023年3月-2024年3月,体检中心收录接受体检的受检者76例。运用数表法随机性分2组,对照组(38例)常规干预、观察组(38例)健康教育路径。分组探究干预的效果。结果:观察组的各项体检情况相比对照组更优,结果比较P<0.05。观察组护理质量评分更高,结果比较P<0.05。观察组健康保健知识评分相比对照组较高,结果比较P<0.05。观察组配合度94.74%,对照组配合度78.95%,结果比较P<0.05。干预前SAS、SDS评分P>0.05,干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分降低,结果比较P<0.05。结论:在体检中心开展全方位的健康宣教,不仅能大大提高提交的效率,增强体检者的健康意识,也促进了体检者积极参与到自身的健康管理中,有效加强了对疾病的预防措施。To explore the application effect of health education pathway in nursing work of physical examination center.Method:From March 2023 to March 2024,the physical examination center collected 76 subjects who underwent physical examinations.Randomly divide into two groups using a numerical table method:a control group(38 cases)receiving routine intervention,and an observation group(38 cases)receiving health education pathway.Group exploration of the effectiveness of intervention.Result:The physical examination results of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with P<0.05.The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher,with a result comparison of P<0.05.The health knowledge score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a result of P<0.05.The compliance rate of the observation group was 94.74%,while that of the control group was 78.95%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Before intervention,the SAS and SDS scores were P>0.05.After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group decreased,and the results were compared with P<0.05.Conclusion:Conducting comprehensive health education in physical examination centers can not only greatly improve the efficiency of submission and enhance the health awareness of examinees,but also promote their active participation in their own health management,effectively strengthening preventive measures against diseases.
