论门诊患者护理管理行人性化护理服务模式对患者护理意外发生率的影响

摘  要:目的:探究门诊病人在护理管理中使用人性化护理服务模式所取得的效果。方法:本文探究70例门诊病人的情况,对数据进行分析,选取时间从2023年1月份开始,到2023年12月份为止,在病人的护理管理中,研究组使用人性化护理服务模式,对照组使用常规服务模式,对比两组病人的护理管理情况。结果:针对组间的病人满意度进行对比,其结果是研究组更高,有统计学明显差异(P<0.05),在护理后,组间的焦虑心理评估分值对比得出,研究组更低,P<0.05;而两组病人护理后的护理质量评估分值得出P<0.05,研究组更高,有统计学明显差异(P<0.05),而对比护理纠纷的发生情况得出研究组更少,P<0.05。对比两组护理前的数据得出P>0.05。对比对照组,研究组门诊候诊时间、咨询指导时间均显著更短,护理意外发生率明显更低,P<0.05。结论:门诊病人在护理管理中使用人性化护理服务模式所取得的效果理想,病人焦虑情绪显著减轻,而且病人满意度更高,还有病人不容易发生护理纠纷,护理质量明显更高。Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing service model in the nursing management of outpatients.Methods:This paper explored the situation of 70 outpatients and analyzed the data.The selected time was from January 2023 to December 2023.In the nursing management of patients,the study group used the humanistic nursing service mode and the control group used the conventional service mode,and the nursing management situation of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The patient satisfaction between groups was compared,and the result was higher in the study group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of anxiety psychological evaluation between groups was lower in the study group,P<0.05;The nursing quality assessment score of the two groups was P<0.05,and the study group was higher,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while the occurrence of nursing disputes was less in the study group,P<0.05.Comparing the data before nursing between the two groups,P>0.05 was obtained.Compared with the control group,the waiting time and consultation and guidance time of the study group were significantly shorter,and the incidence of nursing accidents was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of humanized nursing service mode in the nursing management of outpatient patients has achieved ideal results,patients'anxiety is significantly reduced,patients'satisfaction is higher,and patients are not easy to have nursing disputes,and nursing quality is significantly higher.
