研究抗生素处方使用中由药剂科工作人员参与处方管理的效果

摘　　要：目的:本文主要研究如何提升抗生素处方的管理效果,希望通过药剂科工作人员参与处方管理的方式,对抗生素处方合理使用进行促进。方法:本文研究病人的例数是100例,均为抗生素处方,分组后开展不同的管理,其中研究组在处方管理过程中,参与人员包括药剂科工作人员,对照组仅仅开展常规用药。结果:对比两组合理使用药物的情况,发现研究组更高;而在研究组中,一联用药的占比明显更高;对于不合理用药发生情况进行分析得出,研究组在四个方面均更少发生;而对比两组的住院治疗情况发现研究组更优;比较两组用药方面的病人满意度发现研究组更高;对比用药不良反应发现研究组更少发生。以上数据的对比均为P<0.05。结论:通过本文研究证实,在处方管理过程中,尤其是抗生素处方物的使用过程中,由药剂科工作人员参与处方管理,能够促进药物合理使用的程度显著提升。Objective:This article mainly studies how to improve the management effectiveness of antibiotic prescriptions,hoping to promote the rational use of antibiotic prescriptions through the participation of pharmacy staff in prescription management.Method:This study involved 100 patients who were prescribed antibiotics and were divided into different groups for management.The study group included pharmacy staff in the prescription management process,while the control group only received routine medication.Result:Comparing the rational use of drugs between the two groups,it was found that the study group had a higher rate;In the research group,the proportion of combination therapy was significantly higher;According to the analysis of the occurrence of irrational drug use,the research group had fewer occurrences in all four aspects;And comparing the hospitalization treatment of the two groups,it was found that the research group was better;Comparing the patient satisfaction with medication between the two groups,it was found that the study group had a higher level of satisfaction;Comparing adverse drug reactions,it was found that the study group had fewer occurrences.The comparison of the above data is all P<0.05.Conclusion:This study confirms that the participation of pharmacy staff in prescription management,especially in the use of antibiotic prescription materials,can significantly promote the rational use of drugs.
