摘 要:流域突发水环境污染是当前环境领域面临的一项严峻挑战,不仅会对水资源造成严重危害,也会对生态环境和人类健康产生重大影响。鉴于此,本文针对流域突发水环境污染的监测、预警和防治技术展开研究,通过分析现有技术手段和方法,在应急情况下有效实施水环境污染监测及防治措施,提升应对突发水环境污染事件的能力和效率。Sudden water environmental pollution in the river basin is a severe challenge in the current environmental field,which will not only cause serious harm to water resources,but also have a significant impact on the ecological environment and human health.In view of this,this paper focuses on the monitoring,early warning and prevention technology of sudden water environmental pollution in the river basin.By analyzing the existing technical means and methods,this paper effectively implements the monitoring and prevention measures of water environmental pollution in emergency situations,so as to improve the ability and efficiency of dealing with sudden water environmental pollution incidents.
