摘　　要：目的分析金华市儿童预防接种门诊现状,评价预防接种服务能力。方法选取金华市158家儿童预防接种门诊为调查对象,设计调查问卷,对2022年各儿童预防接种门诊相关情况进行调查。结果金华市158家儿童预防接种门诊规范化覆盖率达到100.00%。平均每家门诊配置5.29名工作人员,专职人员占59.33%;男女性别比为1∶8.28;年龄以30~40岁年龄组为主,占47.37%;学历以大学本科为主,占68.06%;中级以上职称占52.15%;工作人员与服务人口比值为1.05/万。疫苗冷链设备均配备自动测温报警系统,98.00%的冰箱为医用冰箱。客流智能管理系统覆盖率为46.84%,34.18%的门诊认为疑似预防接种异常反应处置水平不高。结论金华市儿童预防接种门诊能够满足辖区预防接种服务需求,但存在工作人员数量不足、数字化门诊建设落后、疑似预防接种异常反应处置水平不高等问题,今后仍需进一步优化门诊服务及资源的配置。Objective Analyze the current situation of children’s vaccination clinics in Jinhua City and evaluate their vaccination service capabilities.Methods Selecting 158 pediatric vaccination clinics in Jinhua City as the survey objects,designing a survey questionnaire to investigate the relevant situation in various pediatric vaccination clinics in 2022.Results The standardized coverage rate of 158 pediatric vaccination clinics in Jinhua City has reached 100.00%.On average,each outpatient department had 5.29 staff members,with full-time staff accounting for 59.33%;the male to female ratio was 1∶8.28;the age group was mainly 30-40 years old,accounting for 47.37%;the educational background was mainly undergraduate,accounting for 68.06%;intermediate or above professional titles accounted for 52.15%;the ratio of staff to service population was 1.05/10000.Vaccine cold chain equipment was equipped with automatic temperature measurement and alarm systems,and 98.00% of refrigerators were medical refrigerators.The coverage rate of the passenger flow intelligent management system was 46.84%,and 34.18% of outpatient clinics believed that the level of handling suspected abnormal reactions to vaccination was not high.Conclusion The Children’s Vaccination Clinic in Jinhua City can meet the needs of vaccination services in its jurisdiction,but there are still problems such as insufficient staff,outdated digital outpatient construction,and low adverse events following immunization disposal level.In the future,further optimization of outpatient services and resource allocation are still needed.
