浙江省三门县产科护理人员应对突发公共卫生事件能力现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析浙江省三门县人民医院产科护理人员应对突发公共卫生事件能力现状及影响因素,为实施安全管理策略提供科学依据。方法2023年6月选取三门县人民医院产科护理人员36人作为调查对象,对调查对象应对突发公共卫生事件能力现状进行问卷调查,采用二元logistic回归分析影响产科护理人员应急能力的因素。结果根据问卷调查结果将调查对象分为应急能力较差组(n=17)及应急能力较好组(n=19)。应急能力较差组在未参加过应急能力培训、参加培训意愿不积极等方面占比均高于应急能力较好组(P<0.05)。结论三门县人民医院产科护理人员应急能力尚有提升空间,应着重加强对工作年限较低、未参加应急能力培训及培训意愿不积极等护理人员的安全管理培训,进一步提高其应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。Objective To analysis the current status and influencing factors of nursing staff’s ability to respond to public health emergencies in Sanmen County,Zhejiang Province,and to provide a scientific basis for the implementation of safety management strategies.Methods In June 2023,36 obstetric nursing staff in the Sanmen People’s Hospital were selected as the respondents,and a questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of respondents’ability to respond to public health emergencies,and binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the emergency response ability of obstetric nursing staff.Results According to the questionnaire investigation results,the respondents were divided into the group with poor emergency response capability(n=17)and the group with good emergency response capability(n=19).The proportion of the group with poor emergency capability who failured to participate in emergency capability training and lacked of willingness to participate in training was higher than that of the group with good emergency capability(P<0.05).Conclusion There is still room for improvement in the emergency response capacity of obstetric nursing staff in the Sanmen People’s Hospital,and emphasis should be placed on strengthening safety management training for obstetric nursing staff with lower years of experience,those who have not participated in emergency response training,and those who are lack of willing to participate in the training,so as to further improve the emergency response capacity of obstetric nursing staff in the face of public health emergencies.
