摘　　要：健康中国建设紧紧围绕健康的决定因素组织多部门协同发力,是一项目标导向的系统工程。从《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》到《“十四五”国民健康规划》,体育越来越多地被赋予医疗保健和主动健康的价值,体育部门和医疗部门的协同成为健康中国建设的重要一环。当前,我国体医协同在理论创新的基础上形成了新学科,培养了一批具备医学背景和体育科学知识的人才,并在医院和社区层面形成多方协同的健康服务合力。但仍存在学科体系分割、一体化健康服务模式受限和缺乏健康效果评估的问题。要实现体医协同需要加大研发投入,夯实循证基础;实现医院与体育场馆互相认证,建立医疗级运动场;培养训练有素的社会体育指导员成为“健康生活方式教练”,进入家庭医生签约服务团队,促进基层健康服务高质量发展。The construction of Healthy China is a goal-oriented systematic project,focusing on the determinants of health and organizing multi-departments to work together.From the“Healthy China 2030”Plan Outline to the“14th Five Year Plan”National Health Plan,sports have been increasingly given the value of medical care and active health,and the collaboration between sports and medical departments has become an important part of the construction of Healthy China.At present,the collaboration of sports and medicine has formed a new discipline on the basis of theoretical imnovation,trained a group of talents with medical and sports background,and formed a multi-collaborative health service force at both the hospital and community level.However,there are still some problems such as discipline system segmentation,limited integrated health service model and lack of effect evaluation.To realize the collaboration of sports and medicine,it is necessary to increase the investment in research and consolidate the evidence-based foundation;achieve mutual certification between hospitals and sports venues,and establish medical grade sports venues;train well-trained social sports instructors to become“healthy lifestyle coaches”and join the contracted service team of family doctors to promote the high-quality development of health services.
