摘 要:目的了解城市亲水空间救生装备配置现况,有针对性地提出改善性政策建议。方法于2023年4月,走访调查北京市凉水河丰台段游人分布、救生装备配置情况;并采用方便抽样方式对路过游人进行救生装备发现情况的问卷调查。采用χ^(2)检验、趋势χ^(2)检验分别进行单因素分析及等级资料分析。结果发现救生装备点位23处、溺水风险点位56处,其中溺水风险点位未被救生装备覆盖率为55.4%。救生装备齐全率仅为26.1%,固定方式可及率为100%,固定位置可及率为91.1%。问卷调查结果显示,发现率(>68%)较高的救生装备的设立方式共同要素是位于交通要道、步道附近和窄步道处。结论虽然北京市凉水河丰台段临河溺水风险点位的救生装备覆盖不足、配置单一,但可及性优良。城市亲水空间救生装备设置参数标准亟待填补。Objective To understand the lifesaving equipment configuration of urban hydrophilic space and propose targeted policy recommendations for improvement.Methods In April 2023,the distribution of visitors and configuration of life-saving equipment were investigated in the hydrophilic space in Fengtai section of the Liangshui River in Beijing;and a convenient sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey on the discovery of life-saving equipment among passersby.Using chi square test and trend chi square test to perform single factor analysis and rank data analysis,respectively.Results A total of 23 life-saving equipment points and 56 drowning-risk points were found during the visit survey.The uncovered rate of drowning-risk points not covered by life-saving equipment was 55.4%.The completeness rate of life-saving equipment was only 26.1%.The accessibility rate of life-saving equipment fixed methods was 100%,and the accessibility rate of life-saving equipment fixed positions was 91.1%.The results of questionnaire showed that the life-saving equipment with higher discovery rate were being set up on traffic arteries,being located adjacent to paths,and being set up on narrow paths.Conclusion Although the coverage of lifesaving equipment at the drowning-risk points in the Fengtai section of the Liangshui River in Beijing is insufficient and the configuration is single,the accessibility is excellent.The parameter standards for setting up lifesaving equipment in urban hydrophilic spaces urgently need to be filled.
