摘  要:肠管的发育在时间和空间上具有不统一性。肠神经嵴细胞(enteric neural crest cells,ENCCs)在原始消化管中,沿着肠管的纵轴,从前往后在肠间充质细胞(intestinal mesenchymal cells,IMCs)中穿行,随着信号转导逐步开启相应空间位置的分化历程。肠上皮干细胞、IMCs及其分化的细胞均属于ENCCs的周围细胞,这些周围细胞以及ENCCs自身在发育过程中引起微环境中的信号分子改变,进而与ENCCs自身表达的关键受体分子发生信号转导,在一定程度上影响了ENCCs的增殖、迁移、分化。现对肠道发育过程中微环境在ENCCs信号转导、增殖、迁移和分化中的作用进行综述。Intestinal development is not uniform in time and space.Enteric neural crest cells(ENCCs)migrate from foregut to hindgut along longitudinal axis of bowel among intestinal mesenchymal cells(IMCs).Gut gradually initiate the differentiation process of corresponding spatial location with the continuous occurrence of signal transduction.Intestinal epithelial stem cells,intestinal mesenchymal cells and their differentiated cells are ENCCs’surrounding cells.These cells and ENCCs may change the expressions of signaling molecules in microenvironment.Furthermore,signaling molecules conjugate with surface receptors on ENCCs,affecting the processes of proliferation,migration and differentiation.This review summarized the role of microenvironment in signal transduction,proliferation,migration and differentiation of ENCCs during intestinal development.
