摘 要:雄激素在胎儿的睾丸、附睾和阴茎等男性生殖器官的发育过程中起着至关重要的作用,其水平异常是男性先天性生殖发育异常的主要病因之一。示指和环指长度之间的比例称为"手指比"(2D∶4D),男性手指比普遍小于女性手指比。现有研究表明手指比稳定于胎儿发育的第8~14周,与胎儿睾酮水平呈负相关,是胎儿雄激素水平的可靠生物指标,同时也是区分性别二态性的重要指标。现就目前手指比与男性先天性生殖发育异常的有关研究进展做一综述。Androgen plays an important role in the development of such male reproductive organs as testis,epididymis and penis.An abnormal regulation of androgen level during pregnancy is one of the major causes of congenital abnormal male reproductive development.Ratio between length of index/ring finger is commonly known as digit ratio(2D∶4D).It helps to distinguish sexual dimorphism.2D∶4D is generally smaller in boys than girls.Correlated negatively with androgen level,it stabilizes during gestational week 8-14.Thus it is a reliable biological indicator of androgen level during pregnancy.This review summarized the latest researches of 2D∶4D in male congenital reproductive dysplasia.
