摘 要:中低速磁悬浮列车已步入商业化运营阶段,在实际线路运行过程中,牵引系统的冷却需求与运行工况、运行环境温度等因素密切相关,文章为中低速磁悬浮列车牵引系统研究设计了一套冷却能力可调节的冷却系统,以减少列车能耗。通过系统性分析,将该冷却系统设计为直线电机冷却和功率单元冷却两大子系统,以便精准满足众多设备的冷却需求,降低系统的复杂性。通过系统原理设计、理论分析,确定了冷却系统的设计目标,并根据设计目标完成了核心部件选型计算分析、仿真分析、机组设计及冷却系统控制策略的制定。通过试验测试,该冷却系统的冷却能力可以满足中低速磁悬浮列车牵引系统的冷却需求。Medium and low-speed maglev trains have already entered the stage of commercial operation,and its cooling demand of the traction system is closely related to the operating conditions,operating environment temperature and other factors in the practical line operation.In this paper,a cooling system with adjustable cooling ability is designed for the traction system of medium and low-speed maglev trains.Through systematic analysis,the cooling system is designed as two subsystems:linear motor cooling and power unit cooling,so as to accurately meet the cooling needs of many equipment and reduce the complexity of the system.In this paper,the design objectives of the cooling system are determined through the system principle design and theoretical analysis,and the calculation and analysis of core component selection,simulation analysis,unit design and cooling system control strategy are completed according to the design objectives.Through experimental tests,the cooling ability of the cooling system can meet the cooling needs of the traction system of medium and low-speed maglev trains.
