摘 要:跟腱病已成为足踝部劳损性疾病中最常见的疾病之一,目前该疾病仍无法根治。实验动物模型在了解人类跟腱病及其潜在的病理机制和治疗方法中起到了至关重要的作用。本文主要对近几年国内外跟腱病实验动物模型研究现状进行综述,探讨了几种常见造模方案的优缺点,主要从造模动物的选择、动物造模方法两个方面进行了阐述,旨在为今后研究者选择更合适、高效的跟腱病实验动物模型提供参考依据,从而更有效地治疗跟腱病。Achilles tendinopathy has become one of the most common of the strain disorders of the foot and an-kle,and the disease remains incurable.Experimental animal models play a crucial role in understanding human achil-les tendinopathy and its underlying pathological mechanisms and therapeutic approaches.In this paper,we mainly re-view the current research status of experimental animal models of achilles tendinopathy at home and abroad in recent years,discuss the advantages and disadvantages of several common modelling schemes,and at the same time elaborate on the selection of modelling animals and animal modelling methods,with the aim of providing a reference basis for re-searchers to select more appropriate and efficient experimental animal models of achilles tendinopathy in the future,so-as to treat achilles tendinopathy more effectively.
