摘　　要：巨噬细胞表面低亲和力免疫球蛋白γFc区受体Ⅱ-B(FcγRⅡB)的表达与炎症、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤、器官移植等疾病存在相关性, FcγRⅡB激活可抵消激活型受体FcγRs与抗原-抗体复合物结合所诱导的广泛的免疫学反应, 通过调控巨噬细胞FcγRⅡB的表达可达到减轻或治疗炎症、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤、器官移植排斥反应等疾病。The expression of low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptorⅡ-B(FcγRⅡB)receptor on the surface of macrophages is correlated with inflammations,autoimmune diseases,tumors,organ transplantation,etc.The extensive immunological response induced by the binding of activated receptor FcγRs to antigen-antibody com-plexes,can be counteracted by the activation of FcγRⅡB.Regulating the expression of FcγRⅡB in macrophages can alleviate or treat inflammations,autoimmune diseases,tumors,organ transplant rejection,etc.
