摘 要:良好的透气性是实现厚料层烧结乃至超高料层烧结的重要保障,透气性包含烧结料层原始透气性和烧结过程热态透气性,受诸多因素影响。结合褐铁矿型红土镍矿烧结研究,解析了烧结原料特性、配料、混合、制粒、布料和烧结等环节中影响烧结料层原始透气性和热态透气性的因素及其改善措施。总结了国内外在烧结原始透气性和热态透气性方面的研究进展和各种改善透气性技术的特点,归纳了改善烧结透气性、促进烧结均质化和提高烧结产质量的措施,为系统深入理解铁矿烧结全流程及改善烧结透气性、提高烧结矿产质量提供理论基础,实现烧结工序绿色高质量发展。Good air permeability is considered a critical guarantee for achieving sintering with thick layers and even ultra-high layers.Air permeability includes the original air permeability of the sintered layer and the thermal air permeability of the sintering process,which is affected by many factors.Based on the sintering research of limonite laterite nickel ore,factors affecting both the original and thermal air permeability of the sinter material layer across various stages such as raw material characteristics,batching,mixing,granulating,distributing,and sintering were analyzed.Improvement measures were also outlined.Furthermore,the research progress in sintering original air permeability and thermal permeability at domestic and international were summarized.The characteristics of various techniques for improving air permeability were also described in detail.Measures to improve sintering permeability,promote sintering homogenization,and improve sintering production quality are summarized,providing a theoretical basis for a deep understanding of the entire process of iron ore sintering,improving sintering permeability,enhancing the quality of sintered minerals,achieving green and high-quality development of sintering processes,
