摘  要:目前随着国内钢铁产业结构的调整,国内一些利用钒钛磁铁矿进行高炉冶炼的企业对钒钛磁铁矿的需求增加,采用钒钛磁铁矿进行烧结成为重要研究方向之一。但是高比例钒钛磁铁矿用于烧结存在很多不足,通过探究配碳量对烧结矿冶金性能及矿相结构的影响,确定适宜的配碳量来保证烧结矿质量。研究结果表明:配碳量为5.0%(质量分数,余同)左右时,转鼓强度为56.94%,成品率为85.91%,垂直烧结速度为28.67 mm/min,软化开始温度为1167℃,终了温度为1252℃,软化温度区间为85℃。随着配碳量的增加,FeO含量升高,还原性会降低,小粒级(5~10 mm)占比下降,液相量增加,骸晶状赤铁矿含量降低,熔蚀结构增多,主要粘结相为铁酸钙和硅酸盐相,结构多为粒状-斑状。通过优化实验,确定配碳量最佳参数,提高了钒钛磁铁矿烧结矿质量。At present,with the adjustment of domestic iron and steel industry structure,some domestic enterprises using vanadium-titanium magnetite for blast furnace smelting have increased the demand for vanadiumtitanium magnetite,and the use of vanadium-titanium magnetite for sintering has become one of the important research directions.However,there are a lot of shortcomings in the use of high proportion of vanadium-titanium magnetite for sintering.By exploring the influence of the amount of carbon on the metallurgical performance of sintered ore and the structure of the mineral phase,the appropriate amount of carbon is determined to ensure the quality of sintered ore.The results show that:when the amount of carbon is about 5.O wt.%,the drum strength is 56.94%,the yield is 85.91%,the vertical sintering speed is 28.67 mm/min,the softening start temperature is 1167℃,the end temperature is 1252℃,and the softening temperature interval is 85℃.As the amount of carbon content increases,FeO content rises,the reducibility decreases,the proportion of small grains(5-10 mm)decreases,the amount of liquid phase increases,the content of skeletal crystalline hematite decreases,the fusion structure increases,and the main bonding phases are calcium ferrite and silicate phases,and the structure is mostly granular-patchy.Through optimization experiments,the best parameters of carbon allocation were determined to improve the quality of vanadium-titanium magnetite sintered ore.
