摘 要:目的:探索模拟教学中腹腔镜训练的学习曲线。方法:利用腹腔镜手术训练箱模拟人体腹腔进行移物和剪切训练。记录5分钟内移动的黄豆数目,记录剪切一个标准圆所需的时间。结论:完成25组移物训练后,5分钟内可移动85颗黄豆;完成40组剪切训练后,3分钟可剪切一个标准圆。To explore the learning curve of laparoscopic training in simulation teaching.Methods:Using a laparoscopic surgery training box to simulate the human abdominal cavity for object transfer and cutting training.The number of soybeans moved within 5 minutes and the time required to cut a standard circle were recorded.Results:After completing 25 sets of object transfer training,85 soybeans could be moved within 5 minutes;after completing 40 sets of cutting training,a standard circle could be cut in 3 minutes.Conclusion:Through simulation teaching,students demonstrate a significant learning curve in laparoscopic training,manifested by gradual improvement in the number of objects transferred and cutting speed,providing a reference for laparoscopic surgical skill development.
