摘　　要：大学生是掌握一定网络知识的特殊群体,在校学习期间积累了一些专业知识,但是网络信息安全法律意识比较薄弱,校园网络信息安全问题频发,反映出当前网络安全法律教育缺失的问题。高校通过加强大学生网络信息安全的法律教育,不仅能够使大学生充分认识到网络信息安全的重要性,提高大学生识别和防范网络风险的能力,还能够推动网络法治建设进程,为构建安全和谐的网络环境提供重要保障。College students are a special group of people who have certain network knowledge,and have accumulated some professional knowledge during their study in school,but their legal awareness of network information security is relatively weak,and the frequent occurrence of network information security problems on campus reflects the current lack of legal education on network security.By strengthening the legal education of network information security of college students,colleges and universities can not only make college students fully realize the importance of network information security,improve the ability of college students to identify and prevent network risks,but also promote the process of network rule of law construction,and provide an important guarantee for the construction of a safe and harmonious network environment.
