摘　　要：通过总体研究调解的相关法律并具体研究其明确规定的应当或者可以调解的情形及指定主体,把握总的调解与各类调解之间内在联系的逻辑规律,进而在此基础上研究调解的性质、分类、效力、作用等问题,并进一步探论如何建立调解法律体系。Through the overall study of the relevant laws of mediation and the specific study of the situations that should or can be mediated and the designated subjects,the logic law of the internal relationship between the general mediation and various types of mediation is understood,and then the nature,classification,effectiveness,function and other issues of mediation are studied on this basis,and how to establish a legal system of mediation is further explored.
