摘　　要：网络信息化技术的发展,改变了人们的生活习惯,给人们带来了极大便利的同时也使得消费者权益受到侵害的现象越来越多,如果不能及时解决这一问题,不仅会对消费者的个人利益造成影响,甚至还会对社会经济带来危害。对消费者权利的法律保护路径进行分析,包括提高消费者法律意识与自我保护能力、完善并调整立法体系及内容、完善纠纷解决机制、加强执法力度与效果等,旨在更好地保护消费者的权利。The development of network information technology has changed people's living habits,brought great convenience to people,but also made the consumer rights and interests infringed more and more.If we can not solve this problem in time,it will not only affect the personal interests of consumers,and even bring harm to the social economy.The analysis of the legal protection path of consumer rights includes improving consumer legal awareness and self-protection ability,improving and adjusting the legislative system and content,improving the dispute resolution mechanism,strengthening the law enforcement and the effect,so as to better protect the rights of consumers.
