摘  要:卫星推进剂剩余量的准确测量技术,是航天领域长期的技术难题.体积激励法是一种高精度的推进剂剩余量测量方法,具有重复性好、可靠性高、耗能低等特点,在卫星贮箱推进剂剩余量的精确测量中具有广泛应用前景.本文在介绍体积激励法基本原理的基础上,分析得出低频激励(<0.1 Hz)有利于提高测量精度.研制了地面验证原理样机,完成了低频激励对测量结果影响的地面试验验证.在此基础上,设计研制了真实推进系统推进剂剩余量测量的试验样机.试验结果表明,对真实推进系统中的贮箱采用低频激励(约0.05 Hz),体积激励法测量可重复性能达到0.38%、测量精度能达到0.6%,能够实现推进系统中推进剂剩余量的精确测量.Measuring the propellant mass precisely for in-orbit satellite has been an important technical issue since last century.Compression mass gauge(CMG)is one of the high precision mass gauge methods,with advantages of good repeatability,high reliability and low power consumption.CMG has a wide application possibility in propellant mass gauge for satellite.After introducing the basic concept of CMG,the effect of compression frequency on measurement accuracy has been theoretically analyzed.A four-degree Runge-Kutta method has been applied in solving the differential equations.The simulated results showed that a lower compression frequency can help the pressure amplitude and time kept better in tube.The suggested compression frequency should be less than 0.1 Hz for application.A detailed design has been made to truly test the residual propellant mass in propellant system.Six measurements have been conducted for two liquid levels.The first three measurements were completed for the initial in-orbit correction.For the first three measurements,the repeatability of CMG is within 0.03%and the measurement precision is within 0.14%compared with the propellant injection initially.The second three measurements were finished after the propellant system worked.During the second three measurements the CMG repeatability is with 0.38%and the measurement precision is within 1.14%compared with the combined mass gauge method(combined with Bookkeeping and PVT method).According to the test correction,the measurement precision for the full scale is within 0.6%.The application of CMG in satellite propellant can maintain the need of propellant mass gauge.Since the application in satellite propellant system,CMG would become an important technical method in near future to measure the propellant mass with high precision.
