摘　　要：在新能源汽车快速发展的背景下,建设本地化的新能源汽车产业链集群,能够支持整车厂持续提升产能要求和快速响应需求。动力电池、电驱、电控三大核心部件是重要的本地化建设内容,以此可延伸上游相关产业落地,建成产业链集群。本文研究了B市本地化“三电”产业链集群建设案例,该市通过制定本地化策略、产业优势分析与政策对标,建立企业重点项目清单制定方法,协调推进企业落地建厂,助力本地化产业链集群加速推进。In the context of the rapid development of new energy vehicles,the construction of a localized new energy vehicle industry chain cluster can support OEMs to continuously increase production capacity requirements and respond quickly to demand.The three core components of power battery,electric drive and electronic control are important localized construction contents,which can extend the landing of upstream related industries and build an industrial chain cluster.This paper studies the case of the construction of the localized "three electrics" industrial chain cluster in city B,which establishes a method for formulating the list of key projects of enterprises by formulating localization strategies,industrial advantage analysis and policy benchmarking,and coordinates and promotes the construction of enterprises to help accelerate the localization of industrial chain clusters.
