摘　　要：发动机缸盖是发动机的重要组成部分,其加工质量直接影响发动机的性能和寿命。本文深入探讨了发动机缸盖加工过程中存在的问题,通过分析缸盖加工不合格的主要原因,明确了问题的根源。针对这些问题提出了一系列优化策略,以提高发动机缸盖加工的合格率和质量稳定性,并通过实际分析验证了优化措施的有效性,并对未来工作方向进行了展望。The engine cylinder head is an important part of the engine,and its machining quality directly affects the performance and life of the engine.This paper deeply discusses the problems existing in the machining process of engine cylinder heads,and identifies the root cause of the problems by analyzing the main reasons for the unqualified machining of cylinder heads.In view of these problems,a series of optimization strategies were proposed to improve the qualification rate and quality stability of engine cylinder head machining,and the effectiveness of the optimization measures was verified through practical analysis,and the future work direction was prospected.
