摘  要:工程物料清单(Engineering BOM,EBOM)作为汽车物料清单(Bill of Material,BOM)信息的起始点,贯穿了从设计到销售的全过程。鉴于市场对车辆产品的需求多样化且变化迅速,为满足消费者对产品多样性的需求,项目初期便针对同款车型规划众多具有不同设定的具体车型。在产品数据管理系统中,若在EBOM的基础上选择针对多种车型构建其产品框架,则展示内容更为清晰易懂,并确保了产品框架的准确性,为每种车型构建相应准确的数字模型样本(DMU)。本文对配置化的EBOM的实现方式及问题进行了分析。As the starting point of automotive BOM information,Engineering BOM runs through the whole process from design to sales.In view of the diversified and rapidly changing market demand for vehicle products,in order to meet consumers' demand for product diversity,many specific models with different Settings were planned for the same model at the beginning of the project.In the product data management system,if the product framework for a variety of models is selected on the basis of EBOM,the display content is more clear and easy to understand,and the accuracy of the product framework is ensured,and the corresponding accurate digital model sample(DMU) is built for each model.This article analyzes the implementation methods and issues of configured EBOM.
