摘 要:随着汽车行业的日益发展,人们对车辆的安全有了更高的要求。上管柱是车辆转向系统中不可缺少的一部分,在车辆安全中起到关键性的作用。本文以某款车型转向系统上管柱为例,首先利用有限元仿真软件模拟了汽车在碰撞中转向系统上管柱溃缩的全过程,然后通过优化结构设计提升了转向管柱溃缩的稳定性,最后将仿真数据同试验数据进行对比,验证了溃缩模型的准确性,为后续新产品开发提供了可靠的支持。As the development of automobile industry continues,there are higher requirements for the safety of vehicles.The upper column is an indispensable part of the vehicle steering system and plays a crucial role in vehicle safety.The paper takes a certain upper tube column for example,firstly,the finite element simulation software is used to simulate the whole process of the collapse of the steering system upper tube column in a collision,and then the stability of the steering column collapse is improved through the optimization of the structural design,and the steering column collapse is improved through the optimization of the structural design.Finally,the simulation data were compared with the experimental data to verify the accuracy of the collapse model,which provided reliable support for the subsequent development of new products.
