摘 要:在汽车喷漆工艺中,传统的溶剂型涂料因含有大量的挥发性有机化合物(VOC),对环境和人体健康带来严重的危害。水性涂料作为一种新型环保材料,以其低VOC排放和优良的性能逐渐成为汽车制造行业的首选。本文围绕水性涂料在汽车喷漆工艺中的应用及其环保效应展开讨论。通过分析水性涂料的化学特性、喷涂工艺、应用实例以及环保效应,揭示其在实际应用中的优势与挑战。研究表明,水性涂料不仅能有效减少VOC排放,改善工作环境,还能提高喷漆质量和耐久性。In automotive spray painting processes,traditional solvent-based coatings contain large amounts of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),posing serious hazards to the environment and human health.As a new eco-friendly material,water-based coatings have gradually become the preferred choice in the automotive manufacturing industry due to their low VOC emissions and excellent performance.This paper discusses the application and environmental effects of water-based coatings in automotive spray painting processes.By analyzing the chemical properties,spray painting techniques,application examples,and environmental effects of water-based coatings,it reveals their advantages and challenges in practical applications.The study shows that water-based coatings can effectively reduce VOC emissions,improve working environments,and enhance spray painting quality and durability.
