摘　　要：汽油发动机缸体主油道的设计和功能对发动机的正常运行至关重要。主油道堵头的作用是确保机油在发动机内部各个部分的正常流动,保证发动机的润滑和冷却。然而,堵头漏油问题在实际应用中时有发生,给发动机的性能与寿命带来严重影响。漏油不仅会导致润滑不足,引发机械磨损,还可能造成环境污染和安全隐患。因此,及时准确地分析和诊断主油道堵头漏油问题,并采取有效的解决方案,对保障发动机的正常工作至关重要。本文对汽油发动机缸体主油道堵头漏油进行了分析与诊断。The design and function of the main cylinder duct are crucial to the normal operation of the engine.The function of the main oil channel plug is to ensure the normal flow of oil in all parts of the engine,to ensure the lubrication and cooling of the engine.However,the problem of plugging oil leakage occurs in practical application,which has a serious impact on the performance and life of the engine.Oil leakage will not only lead to insufficient lubrication,cause mechanical wear,but also may cause environmental pollution and safety risks.Therefore,it is very important to timely and accurately analyze and diagnose the oil leakage problem of the main oil pipeline plug,and take effective solutions to ensure the normal operation of the engine.In this paper,the oil leakage of the main oil channel plug of the gasoline engine block is analyzed and diagnosed.
