摘  要:在新能源汽车动力电池电压故障维修工作中,应用电子诊断技术可以逐一排查、分析新能源汽车动力电池电压故障发生的原因,从配电铜排故障维修、动力电池内部故障维修、压线束维修等方面入手,确定最佳的故障维修方法。基于电子诊断技术的维修方法能够精准定位动力电池电压故障所在的位置及其故障程度,同时发布相应的故障预警信息。因此,将电子诊断技术灵活运用到新能源汽车动力电池电压故障维修工作,可以显著提升动力电池电压故障维修效果,使用户获得优质的故障维修服务体验。In the maintenance of power battery voltage faults of new energy vehicles,the application of electronic diagnostic technology can investigate and analyze the causes of voltage faults of power batteries of new energy vehicles one by one,and determine the best fault maintenance methods from the aspects of power distribution copper plate fault maintenance,power battery internal fault maintenance,and wiring harness maintenance.The maintenance method based on electronic diagnosis technology can accurately locate the location of the power battery voltage fault and its fault degree,and issue the corresponding fault warning information.Therefore,the flexible application of electronic diagnosis technology to the voltage fault maintenance of power battery of new energy vehicles can significantly improve the maintenance effect of power battery voltage fault and enable users to obtain a high-quality fault maintenance service experience.
