摘　　要：机动车数量激增导致交通事故频发,对社会稳定和人民生活构成威胁。处理此类案件时,对事故进行定性与定量分析至关重要。汽车碰撞形式多样,成因复杂,部分与车辆安全性能相关。公安机关办理道路交通事故案件时,全面检验评估肇事机动车安全性能,可明确责任归属,提高效率,保障受害者权益,维护司法公正。本文对道路交通事故车辆安全性能检验鉴定技术进行了探究。The surge in the number of motor vehicles has led to frequent traffic accidents,posing a threat to social stability and people's lives.When dealing with such cases,it is essential to conduct a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the accident.There are various forms of automobile collisions,and the causes are complex,and some of them are related to the safety performance of vehicles.When handling road traffic accident cases,public security organs comprehensively inspect and assess the safety performance of the motor vehicle that caused the accident,so as to clarify the attribution of responsibility,improve efficiency,protect the rights and interests of victims,and safeguard judicial fairness.In this paper,the road traffic accident vehicle safety performance inspection and appraisal technology is explored.
