摘  要:近年来,车载液晶显示模组在追求高信赖性、高品质的同时,对防窥、高亮、超薄、大尺寸、高对比度等的需求也日益增加,这些需求的实现都需要更高的背光亮度、更高的IC功耗,如何解决模组的散热问题保障其性能是显示模组行业一直以来的研究重点。本文在技术发展的基础上,介绍了现有模组散热措施与未来模组散热的发展趋势,希望对今后模组产品的散热研究有所帮助,以此推进智能显示的发展。In recent years,the automotive display module industry has witnessed increased demand for enhanced features such as light control,high brightness,ultra-thin design,large size,and high contrast,while maintaining high reliability and quality standards.These advancements necessitate higher backlight brightness and increased integrated circuit(IC) power,consequently exacerbating thermal management challenges.As a result,addressing heat dissipation issues in display modules to ensure optimal performance has become a focal point of research in the industry.This article examines current heat dissipation strategies employed in display modules and explores future trends in thermal management.This study aims to contribute valuable insights to ongoing research efforts in module product heat dissipation and to facilitate the advancement of intelligent display technologies.
