摘  要:面对日益的竞争,汽车零部件供应商必须建立覆盖零部件全生命周期的供应商质量管理体制,即结合汽车零部件在准入、新车生产准备、量产及市场各个环节的质量管理实践,客观充分评估供应商质量管理水平,并利用评估结果为下个车型的准入提供条件和依据。本文构建了严格的新车准入质量评价机制,以客观退货数为评价基数的量产机制,评价阶段目标达成及问题解决的新车机制,以及依托千台不良率12 MIS的市场机制,实现了贯穿全生命周期的汽车零部件供应商质量管理。In the face of increasing competition,auto parts suppliers must establish a supplier quality management system covering the whole life cycle of parts,that is,combined with the quality management practices of auto parts in all aspects of access,new car production,mass production and market,objectively and fully evaluate the quality management level of suppliers,and use the evaluation results to provide conditions and basis for the access of the next model.In this paper,a strict quality evaluation mechanism for new car access,a mass production mechanism based on the objective number of returns,a new car mechanism for achieving goals and improving problems in the evaluation stage,and a market mechanism based on a defect rate of 12 MIS per 1,000 units,realize the quality management method of auto parts suppliers throughout the whole life cycle.
