摘　　要：本文利用定基极差熵权法测算了2007—2020年间284个城市的包容性绿色增长水平,并运用双重差分模型探究低碳城市试点政策对城市包容性绿色增长的影响及作用机制。研究发现,低碳城市试点政策显著促进了城市包容性绿色增长,且政策具有推广与累积效应;城市技术创新和居民就业规模是低碳城市试点政策促进城市包容性绿色增长的重要机制;低碳城市试点政策对城市包容性绿色增长的促进效应,在具有区位优势、经济发展水平较高和非资源依赖型的城市更为显著。此外,低碳试点城市对周边城市的包容性绿色增长产生了正向的空间溢出效应。The study measures the inclusive green growth level of 284 cities in China during 2007-2020 by using the fixed-base polar deviation entropy weight method,and uses the DID model to explore the impacts and mechanisms of low-carbon city pilot policies on urban inclusive green growth.The study finds that the pilot policy of low-carbon cities has significantly promoted the inclusive green growth of cities,and the policy has the promotion and cumulative effects.Urban technological innovation and residents’employment scale are important mechanisms for low-carbon city pilot policies to promote inclusive green growth in cities.The promotion effect of low-carbon city pilot policy on urban inclusive green growth is more significant in cities with advantageous location,high level of economic development and non-resource dependence.In addition,low-carbon pilot cities have a positive spatial spillover effect on the inclusive green growth of surrounding cities.
