摘 要:为了改善传统剪切增稠胶存在的缺陷,从分子结构设计和共混改性两方面出发,通过在分子链上引入苯环结构并共混交联乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA),有效地改善了冷流效应,并利用芳纶织物作为增强材料,热压制备得到新型轻量化抗冲击复合材料。结果表明:复合弹性体内大量动态可逆键和硫化形成的共交联网络,是新型轻量化抗冲击复合材料具有良好抗冲击防护效果的主要原因。PEVA-Kevlar-4复合材料在面对不同冲击能量时(13.4J和26J),能量吸收率分别可达86.6%和90.1%。此外,该复合材料在低速抗冲击防护材料领域,有广泛的应用前景。In order to improve the defects of traditional shear thickening gel,the cold flow effect was effectively improved by introducing benzene ring structure into molecular chain and blending and crosslinking ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)from two aspects of molecular structure design and blending modification.By using aramid fabric as reinforcing material,a new lightweight impact resistant composite was prepared by hot pressing.The results showed that the co-crosslinking network formed by a large number of dynamic reversible bonds and vulcanization in the composite elastic body was the main reason for the good impact protection effect of the new lightweight impact resistant composite.When PEVA-Kevlar-4 composites faced different impact energies(13.4J and 26J),the energy absorption rates could reach 86.6%and 90.1%,respectively,indicating that the composite material had a wide application prospect in the field of low-speed impact protection materials.
