摘  要:以聚砜(PSf)超滤膜为基膜,以哌嗪(PIP)为水相单体、均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为油相单体在其表面进行界面聚合反应,通过在水相单体中加入不同剂量的Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4),制备出Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)聚酰胺(PA)复合纳滤膜。系统研究了Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)材料的添加对复合纳滤膜形貌、过滤、截留及抗污染性能的影响。当Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)在水溶液中的含量从0%增加到0.05%时,复合膜的纯水通量从19.71L/(m^(2)·h)增加到27.27L/(m^(2)·h),同时对Na_(2)SO_(4)保持着较高的截留率。抗菌实验表明,Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)/PA复合纳滤膜对铜绿假单胞杆菌有明显的抑制生长作用。通过界面聚合将Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)引入复合纳滤膜中,可显著提高纳滤膜的过滤及抗污染性能。Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)polyamide(PA)composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared by adding different doses of Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)into the aqueous monomer using polysulfone(PSf)ultrafiltration membrane as the base membrane,piperazine(PIP)as the aqueous monomer and trimesoyl chloride(TMC)as the oil phase monomer as the interfacial polymerization reaction on the surface.The effects of the addition of Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)on the morphology,filtration,retention and anti-fouling properties of composite nanofiltration membranes were systematically studied.When the content of Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)in aqueous solution increased from 0wt%to 0.05wt%,the pure water flux of the composite membrane increased from 19.71L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)to 27.27L·m^(-2)·h^(-1),while maintaining a high retention rate for Na_(2)SO_(4).Antibacterial experiments showed that Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)/PA composite nanofiltration membrane had obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.By interfacial polymerization,Ag_(3)PO_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)was introduced into polyamide composite nanofiltration membrane,which could significantly improve the filtration and anti-pollution properties of the nanofiltration membrane.
