六氟异丙氧基对氟化聚磷腈弹性体的结构及性能调控研究

摘  要:通过对取代工艺进行优化,制备了不同六氟异丙氧基引入量的氟化聚磷腈弹性体(PTHOP),探究了六氟异丙氧基的引入对于氟化聚磷腈弹性体性能的影响。结果表明:随着六氟异丙氧基引入量的增加,材料的耐油性有提升趋势,耐低温性能以及热稳定性能略有下降,但玻璃化转变温度均在-50℃以下,仍表现出优异的耐低温性能。硫化后的PTHOP样品具有优异的力学性能,拉伸强度最高达9.0MPa,断裂伸长率达到101%;同时耐油性能优异,在10号、15号液压油中150℃浸泡72h后体积变化率均在1%左右。Fluorinated polyphosphazene elastomers(PTHOP)with different ratios of—OCH(CF_(3))_(2)side group were prepared by optimizing the substitution process.The effect of—OCH(CF_(3))_(2)introduction on the properties of fluorinated polyphosphazene elastomers was studied.The results showed that with the increase of—OCH(CF_(3))_(2)introduction,the oil resistance of the material tended to improve,but the low-temperature resistance and thermal stability of the material gradually decreased.However,the glass transition temperature was below-50℃,demonstrating excellent low-temperature resistance.The PTHOP samples after vulcanization had outstanding mechanical properties,with a maximum tensile strength of 9.0MPa and an elongation at break of 101%.At the same time,they had excellent oil resistance,with a volume change rate of about 1%after soaking at 150℃for 72h in No.10 and No.15 hydraulic oil.
