珊瑚状镧铁金属氧化物复合材料的制备及其气敏性能研究

摘  要:以硝酸镧、硝酸铁为原料,尿素为沉淀剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为分散剂,采用微波-超声辅助法和煅烧工艺,制备珊瑚状镧铁金属氧化物复合材料用于三乙胺检测,考察不同镧铁摩尔比对材料结构和气敏性能的影响。结果表明:当原料中镧铁摩尔比为2∶1时,获得的珊瑚状镧铁金属氧化物复合材料LFO1在工作温度为250℃时对100×10^(-6)g/mL三乙胺气体的灵敏度响应值达到505,检测限为2.8×10^(-6)g/mL,并具有良好的选择性、稳定性以及快速响应特性。这种优异的气敏性能归因于珊瑚状结构所具有的大比表面积为LFO1提供了大量活性位点,从而增强其对三乙胺气体的吸附和扩散能力。The coral-like lanthanum-iron metal oxide composites were prepared for detecting triethylamine using lanthanum nitrate and iron nitrate as raw materials,urea as precipitant and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as dispersant by microwave-ultrasonic-assisted method and calcination process.The effects of different lanthanum-iron molar ratios on the structure and gas-sensing properties of the materials were investigated.The results showed that when the molar ratio of lanthanum to iron in the raw material was 2∶1,the obtained coral-like lanthanum-iron metal oxide composite LFO1 achieved a sensitivity response value of 505 to 100×10^(-6)g/mL triethylamine gas at an operating temperature of 250℃,and the detection limit of LFO1 was 2.8×10^(-6)g/mL.Meanwhile,LFO1 had good selectivity,stability and fast response characteristics.This excellent gas-sensing performance was attributed to the high specific surface area of the coral-like structure,which provided a large number of active sites for LFO1,thereby enhancing its adsorption and diffusion ability towards triethylamine gas.
