摘 要:气相SiO_(2)是一种多孔的纳米材料,具有低介电常数、耐高温和耐辐射等优点,作为SiO_(2)电缆的绝缘材料在航空航天等领域得到广泛应用,但气相SiO_(2)复合材料表面存在大量硅羟基使之容易吸潮,因此研究改性剂对气相SiO_(2)复合材料介电性能的影响具有重要意义。选用3种不同的硅烷偶联剂(KH550、KH560、KH570)对气相SiO_(2)电缆绝缘复合材料进行改性,采用显微结构分析、红外光谱分析、宽频介电阻抗谱仪分析等方法研究了不同硅烷偶联剂对气相SiO_(2)电缆绝缘复合材料疏水性能以及介电性能的影响。结果表明硅烷偶联剂KH570对气相SiO_(2)电缆绝缘复合材料的改性效果最好,改性后复合材料吸潮率降低了89.95%,10MHz频率下介电常数和介电损耗角正切分别减小8.63%和31.85%,大幅度提高了气相SiO_(2)电缆绝缘复合材料的疏水性能和介电性能。Gas-phase SiO_(2)is a porous nanomaterial and has been widely used as an insulation material for SiO_(2)cables in aerospace and other fields due to its low dielectric constant,high temperature resistance,and radiation resistance.However,the presence of a large number of silicon hydroxyl groups on the surface of gas-phase SiO_(2)composite materials makes them prone to moisture absorption.Therefore,studying the effect of modifiers on the dielectric properties of gas-phase SiO_(2)composite materials is of great significance.Three different silane coupling agents(KH550,KH560,KH570)were selected to modify gas-phase SiO_(2)cable insulation composite materials.The effects of different silane coupling agents on the hydrophobicity and dielectric properties of gas-phase SiO_(2)cable insulation composite materials were studied using methods such as microstructure analysis,infrared spectroscopy,and broadband dielectric impedance spectroscopy analysis.The results showed that the silane coupling agent KH570 had the best modification effect on the gas-phase SiO_(2)cable insulation composite material.After modification,the moisture absorption rate of the composite material decreased by 89.95%.At a frequency of 10MHz,the dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent decreased by 8.63%and 31.85%,respectively,significantly improving the hydrophobic and dielectric properties of the gas-phase SiO_(2)cable insulation composite material.
