摘 要:利用化学法在商用多孔碳(AC)材料基底表面一步合成包覆了聚苯胺(PANI)/MnO_(2)复合材料,分别针对pH、温度、搅拌速度、反应时间及苯胺与高锰酸钾的摩尔比这5个因素开展了四水平的正交试验,利用极差分析方法对正交试验结果进行分析,得到具有高比容量的多孔碳/PANI/MnO_(2)(CMP)三元复合材料的优水平制备条件;利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和电化学工作站等手段对优水平条件下制备的三元复合材料的物理形貌、组成结构和电化学性能进行了分析。结果表明:混合生成的PANI和MnO_(2)以絮状产物包覆在AC基底表面,制备的三元复合材料在6mol/L KOH溶液中表现出明显的赝电容特性,其比容量可达336F/g(0.2A/g充放电电流密度,基于CMP质量),0.5A/g电流密度下充放电测试10000圈后比容量保持率可以达到90.65%,表现出良好的电化学循环性能。Using a chemical method,polyaniline(PANI)/MnO_(2)composites were synthesized and coated on the surface of commercial porous carbon(AC)substrate by one-step method.Four-level orthogonal experiments were carried out for five factors:pH,temperature,stirring rate,reaction time,the molar ratio of PANI and KMnO 4.The results of the orthogonal tests were analyzed by using range analysis to obtain the optimal preparation conditions for the porous carbon/PANI/MnO_(2)(CMP)ternary composites with high specific capacity.The physical morphology,compositional structure and electrochemical properties of the CMP ternary composite prepared at the optimal experimental condition was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Fourier infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)and electrochemical workstation.The results demonstrated that the flocculent PANI and MnO_(2)were formed on the surface of porous carbon substrate.The specific capacitance of the CMP in the 6mol/L KOH solution reached 336F/g at the current density of 0.2A/g,exhibiting significant pseudocapacitive characteristics.The specific capacity retention rate of CMP was 90.65%after 10000 cycles charge-discharge at the current density of 0.5A/g,showing excellent electrochemical cycling performance.
