摘 要:采用冷冻诱导相分离法制备了二乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)改性的壳聚糖海绵状吸附材料,利用红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等手段对吸附剂的官能团和结构进行了详细的表征;研究了pH、初始染料浓度、时间、温度对材料吸附行为的影响。结果表明:海绵状改性壳聚糖吸附剂为三维网格多孔洞结构,对甲基橙具有良好的吸附能力,最大吸附容量可达1585.43mg/g。吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和朗缪尔模型,主要为化学吸附,吸附机理为静电作用和氢键作用。因此,该壳聚糖基海绵状复合材料可作为绿色吸附剂用于染料的吸附。Diethyltriamine pentaacetic acid(DTPA)-modified sponge-like chitosan adsorbent was prepared by freezing induced thermal phase separation.The functional groups and structure of the adsorbent were characterized by FT-IR,XRD diffraction and SEM.The effects of pH value,initial dye concentration,contact time,temperature on adsorption behavior of the composite were investigated.The result suggested that the adsorbent had a three-dimensional lattice porous structure and exhibited good adsorption capacity for methyl orange,with a maximum adsorption capacity of up to 1585.43mg·g-1.The adsorption process conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir model,indicating that the adsorption of methyl orange by the adsorbent was mainly chemical adsorption.The adsorption mechanism was electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonding.In conclusion,the diethyltriamine pentaacetic acid-modified sponge-like chitosan adsorbent could be used as green biological adsorbent for dye adsorption.
