摘 要:以废革屑作为载体,将壳聚糖(CS)通过戊二醛交联剂负载于革屑(CF)上制成废革屑负载壳聚(CF-CS)复合吸附材料,研究了其对模拟含铬废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。分析了模拟废水的pH、吸附剂用量、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度、吸附时间对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附性能的影响,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了改性前后废革屑的结构,对该吸附过程建立了适当的模型,描述了其吸附行为,对吸附机理进行了探究。结果表明:在废液初始浓度为100mg/L,pH=2.0,温度为30℃,吸附时间为4.0h,吸附剂添加量为0.15g条件下,吸附剂对溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附容量、吸附率分别为60.4mg/g、90.6%;该吸附过程符合拟一级动力学和Freundlich等温吸附模型,且该吸附反应是自发的吸热过程。FT-IR分析表明,CS接枝到性废铬革屑,可为吸附Cr(Ⅵ)提供吸附位点。A waste leather shavings loaded chitosan(CF-CS)composite adsorption material was prepared with waster leather shavings as carriers and glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent through loading chitosan onto leather shavings.The adsorption performance of the composite adsorbent for Cr(Ⅵ)in simulated chromium-containing wastewater was investigated.The effects of simulated wastewater pH,adsorbent dosage,initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ),and adsorption time on Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption performance were analyzed.The structure of waste leather shavings before and after modification was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).An appropriate model for the adsorption process was established,its adsorption behavior was described,and the adsorption mechanism was explored.The results showed that the Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption capacity and removal ratio of the adsorbent on Cr(Ⅵ)in the solution reached achieved 60.4mg/g and 90.6%,respectively,under the conditions of an initial Cr(Ⅵ)concentration of 100mg/L,a solution pH of 2.0,temperature of 30℃,adsorption time of 4.0 hours,and adsorbent dosage of 0.15g.The adsorption process conformed to the pseudo-first-order kinetics and Freundlich isothermal adsorption model,and the adsorption reaction was a spontaneous endothermic process.FT-IR analysis indicated that chitosan was successfully grafted onto waste chrome leather shavings,providing adsorption sites for adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ).
