摘  要:多电航空发动机运行过程中发电机负载突变会影响发动机转速的稳定。通过分析发动机与发电机的耦合机理,将耦合输入、观测误差积分和动态调度参数加入扩张状态观测器中,提出一种基于改进扩张状态观测器的自抗扰控制算法以抑制负载突变扰动影响。通过多工况发电机负载突变仿真,验证了耦合输入和动态调度参数改进可减小超调,观测误差积分和动态调度参数改进可缩短调节时间。相同观测器带宽下,改进后转速受扰超调至少降低68%,调节时间至少缩短46%,总扰动最大估计误差减小80%,证明了改进后的算法对发电机负载突变具有更强的抗扰能力。During the operation of multi-electric aeroengine,mutation in generator load affects stability of engine speed.By analysing the coupling mechanism between aeroengine and generator,coupling input,observa⁃tion error integration,and dynamic scheduling parameters were added to extended state observer,and an active disturbance rejection control algorithm based on an improved extended state observer was proposed to suppress the effect of load mutation.Simulation verification of load mutation under multiple operating conditions showed that the improvement of coupling input and dynamic scheduling parameters reduce the overshoot,and the im⁃provement of observation error integration and dynamic scheduling parameters reduce the settling time.Under the same observation bandwidth,with the improvement,the overshoot of speed due to disturbance is reduced by at least 68%,the settling time is shortened by at least 46%,and the maximum estimated error due to total distur⁃bance is decreased by 80%,proving that the improved algorithm has stronger anti-disturbance ability to genera⁃tor load mutation.
